CASA Essex is inviting residents to lace up for its 2026 community walk on Sunday, June 28, at 9 a.m. The event will take place at the Clipper Pavilion on the Reservoir Walking Path in West Orange.

The walk is designed as one loop, about 1.7 miles, with a focus on community energy and support for children in foster care. Planned activities include pre-walk stretches, music, high fives and photo moments.

CASA Essex supports children in foster care by training volunteers to advocate for their safety, well-being and best interests, helping ensure that children do not have to face the system alone.

Early bird registration is $20. Residents interested in joining the walk can register online in advance.
